Speaking the truth, I am not very sociable person. And sometimes it is difficult for me to communicate with people. For a very long time I turned my style of communicating from one extreme point to  another and I could not find a single middle, which would allow me not to be afraid of chatting, not to spoil mood of innocent men, and be myself.
I decided to learn how to overcome the fear and embarrassment. I prepared for communicating in advance as for a battle. I thought over topics for conversation, and even questions, thanks to my wide knowledge of some university studies, so I almost came to those issues with a professional point of view.
I read a couple books about how to communicate with people. I made one main thing – you should talk with people about what they are interested in. And tell about yourself everything you think necessary to tell. It is surprisingly, but sincerity always gains more for you! My efforts had not wasted. After a while I understood that I could communicate with people  unconstrained and easily. And what a miracle - I suddenly made the discovery for myself, that men are not interesting, smart interlocutors only, they are much better than women! The more exciting I was towards the men, the more nice and gentle became my new friends I found in the chat. It is a real MYSTERY!
Already there was no previous problems – what talk about, how to avoid awkward pauses during chat.
If a man is more silent than me, then I tell him about myself, and then I ask him, in my turn, to share his thoughts with me. I asked my questions - about his life, passions. If my friend wants to speak – I want to listen, try to remember what he said later to ask him again. It appears so easy to pay attention to  another person.
Of course, I still have some fear of chatting with people. But now it is not my old, terrible, panic  horror. Now it is rather an adrenalin injection, foretaste of communication, dreams, which excite my soul.
The rules of communication are all the same. Be open and attentive, and everything will be fine!
